About the Association
The Poor's Corner Association for Social Services was established to help those in need in the Kingdom and its suburbs, including the needy, widows, orphans, and the elderly, due to the economic and social conditions experienced by the region as a result of political conflicts. The approval to establish the Poor's Corner Association was received on October 2, 2024, and it was registered under Associations Law No. 51 of 2008.
Our Slogan
No to Poverty... No to Ignorance... No to Disease
If we stop considering the poor as victims or as burdens on society, and instead see them as creative entrepreneurs, conscious consumers, and people of value, a new world of opportunities will open up before us. Through the "partnership with the poor" approach, if applied to the four billion capable poor people in the world, it could multiply the Earth's wealth by at least ten times what it is now.
Our Vision
We firmly believe that the secret to the nation's renaissance and growth lies in the minds and arms of its people, that humans are the true wealth of any nation, and that people are both the creators and the goal of development. The capabilities of the nation lie in its qualified and trained human resources that can adapt and deal efficiently and effectively with any new developments. Therefore, we have made important commitments to gather human capital and transform it into energy and high competitive advantage, directing it towards high-productivity investments. Through the minds and arms of our people, we will strive to achieve economies with accelerated growth rates to catch up with developed countries.
Our Mission
Integrating the poor and productive families into the development process
- Creating smart partnerships to involve the poor in development projects to ensure value chains.
- Securing and modernizing infrastructure to ensure project success and development.
- Collaborative crowdfunding: more likely to succeed and less costly.
- Meeting the needs of small and medium project owners through comprehensive and innovative financing tools.
Our Goals
Changing the Perception Towards the Poor
The poor person is not a burden to be borne, but an active investor with whom we can partner and profit together.
- Involving the poor in business: Financing through 97.5% not just 2.5%.
- Contribution of the poor in investing endowment funds (development endowment).
- Contribution of the poor in investing zakat funds (as they are the owners of capital).
- Developing the legal and institutional environment to support economic empowerment.

Donations Opportunities
Donations are the most beloved of actions to Allah, the Almighty, who said in the Holy Quran: “They ask you, what is the matter with the alms? Say: It is for the parents, the near of kin, the orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer, and for those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and for those who spend in good deeds. And it is not for the rich among you, nor for the poor among you, but it is for those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and for those who spend in good deeds.”Media Center of the Association
